Our Festive Menu has landed
We’ve had several inquiries about our Christmas menu already, and so without further ado, please read on to see what’s in store this year at The Salehurst Halt.
Throughout December we shall be offering you some rather special, Festive dishes.
Starters: From celeriac, hazelnut and truffle soup, to Duck liver pate, to stilton beignets (v), porchetta, truffle mayo, capers and cornichons (Vg) or Gin and Juniper Trout, all of our starters are the perfect prelude to the mains….
Mains: Of course we have traditional roast Turkey with all the trimmings, as well as five spiced Duck breast, Thai style sea Bass, Jamaican style curried Goat (yes! It’s back!) Cauliflower Kiev schnitzel (Vg) and braised venison cobbler – your only problem is going to be which one to chose!
Homemade puddings will be options from our Seasonal Pudding Board, and you really should leave room as they will be as marvelous as always.
