From the Halt to the Highlands

Harvey Digman and James Goodhew

The Best Tasting Menu In Town

We have the absolute honour of having a guest chef at the Salehurst Halt. James Goodhew worked with us some years ago, before heading off to the UK’s leading School of Hospitality & Culinary Arts, Westminster Kingsway College. From here he went on to gain experience in restaurants across London, including the world renowned City Social and Chelsea’s Michelin-starred Elystan Street, before heading off to work in the Highlands of Scotland as a Sous-Chef at the Old Pines Hotel and Restaurant. As the Old Pines closes over the winter months, James has come back to his roots.

Inspired under the tutelage of Ogi

Having been nurtured by Ogi, James and our very own Harvey have worked closely to bring you lovely people the best of James’ expertise and Harvey’s passion, and are doing a one-off, five course tasting menu on November 30th.

Passion on a plate.

What better way to say au revoir to November and welcome in December, than with a spectacular five course tasting menu, with wine pairing, prepared by chef’s who do what they do because they love it!
