If you have visited us here in Salehurst and tried our wonderful food you’ll know that our menu is not your ordinary pub menu.
We pride ourselves on offering you delicious meals made, where ever possible, with locally sourced ingredients. We are trying to provide you with as much food as possible that is traceable – this, together with supporting fellow local businesses who provide top quality service, is why we buy our raw ingredients from the suppliers that we do.

We also source local drinks where we can – our apple juices all come from just up the road at Ringden Farm; you are already aware that we now produce our own, vegan, rosé wine, and we have other English wines on offer. Harvey’s is always available and some of the hops that go into making this most excellent Sussex ale come from the crops you can see from our terrace.
