Live music at the Salehurst Halt
Live music is back at the Salehurst Halt.
On Saturday 25th May we are having a party here at the Halt. It’s (almost) summer, the sun is (might be) shining, our terrace is busy, and our garden is blooming. What could make it even better? A party with live music, that’s what.
There is another reason for having this merriment on Saturday – we are celebrating one of our most popular team members birthday.
Yes – our little Fran is 21 this month, and we know all of our regulars would want to join her to celebrate – so why not have a big birthday bash?
We would love it if you too could come along – Fran has asked for donations to Macmillan instead of gifts this year, for the incredibly important and valuable work that they do. She has a link on her Facebook and her Instagram pages, but if you don’t ‘do’ social media, there will be the option to donate on the night. Nothing sophisticated – we’re thinking a bucket on the bar. So if you are joining us (and we sincerely hope that you are) please bring along a couple of pennies to drop into the collection bucket so we can help Fran raise some funds for such a worthy cause.
