Mash Up Friday

Mash Up Friday returns to the Salehurst Halt.

The outdoor pizza oven has gone into hibernation as the evenings draw in, and the summer disappears into misty mornings and cooler nights.

We’re embracing the arrival of autumn by bringing back Mash Up Nights.

Starting on Friday, 16th October, Friday night means you get to create your own meal.

Choose your main, your choice of mash and your preferred sauce.

SAMPLE MENU:

Protein Options:

• Meat pie of the week
• Veggie pie of the week (v)
• Slow cooked lamb shank (gf)
• Braised beef cheeks (gf)
• Trio of sausages

Mash Options:

• Sussex cheddar and chive (v)
• Roasted garlic and mustard (v)
• Crispy bacon and onion
• Creamy mash

Sauce Options:

• Creamy garlic butter sauce (v)
• Caramelised onion gravy
• Bone marrow jus

All served wih roasted carrots and Cavolo Nero*

What’s not to love? These nights were very popular when we introduced them last year so we highly recommend that you book in advance.
