One thing that you can be sure of in England is that you can never be sure of the weather on a bank holiday. It’s been a very busy weekend here at the Halt, with enough fine sunshine for our terraace to have been fully booked, but today is looking a little unpredictable.
Nonetheless, we are open and looking forward to welcoming all of you who have pre-booked. Our hardest decision today is whether to set the bookings up out on our stunning terrace or keep everyone inside our cosy little country pub….
Whatever the weather, our friendly team are looking forward to welcoming you through the doors, be it for a spot of lunch, a snack to keep you going or just a drink or two. We have a great selection of low-alcohol and non-alcohol drinks if you decide to being the car and some fine lagers, ales, wines and spririts if you’re visiting on foot.
