We can cater for all kinds of events here at the Salehurst Halt. In the past few months we have several birthday parties, including a father and son joint 50th and 21st, a 70th out on the terrace, and a pizza party with live music.
We have also had two weddings this summer already – some of our weddings are low key events, with a small sit down meal ordered from our usual menu; then we have the larger ones where a marquee is hired and we provide food and drinks while the wedding guests party the evening away.
Then there are the less celebratory occasions – we have hosted several wakes this year, all being rather beautiful in their own way, but saying goodbye to one of our long-standing regular customers was exceptionally emotional.
If you are thinking of having a party, be it a birthday, wedding, anniversary, or something else, come and have a chat with us to see if we could be the venue for you. We can do as little or as much as you would like. There is the beautiful garden and terrace, the cosy interior of the pub, and our lovely function room upstairs. We can help with food, drinks, seating plans, music and anything else you need.
