Seared scollop, beurre noisette, parsnip sorbet
Cured duck ham, pear, frisee ,walnut dressing
Jerusalem artichoke and truffle risotto, crispy artichoke, aged vegetarian parm
Fritto miso classic Italian lightly coated crispy prawns, squid, white fish artichoke s/w basil aioli and confit lemon
The Main Course Options:
Beef wellington, pomme puree, jus (£10 surcharge)
Lamb cannon, celeriac fondant, charred leeks, anchovy and rosemary jus (£5 surcharge)
Pan roasted hake crushed potatoes, mussel and parsley sauce, braised baby leeks , lemon oil
Roast squash & ricotta tortellini, sage butter, toasted hazelnuts , aged veggie parm
To Finish Sweet – Desserts:
Dark chocolate delice, olive oil & sea salt
Sticky toffee pudding, clotted cream ice cream
Rhubarb & custard mille-feuille, clotted cream , poached rhubarb
British cheese plate for two Quince paste, oatcakes, celery
