Working at the Halt is very rewarding – all who work here get along very well, and whether front of house or behind the scenes, we all work as a team.
We are looking to expand this great troupe of people, and are after somebody who is friendly, approachable and wanting to be part of something special.
Unfortunately you do have to be 18 years or or over – our hands are tied by licensing laws on this.
We also require someone who is flexible with the hours they can work; you’ll be needed to help out on evenings and weekends. Perhaps you’re a student looking to do a few hours to over the holidays? Or someone who wants to immerse themselves in a wonderful little local community?
It would be helpful if you have some experience of working behind a bar, or serving customers in a restaurant or cafe, but that’s not essential.
